The Wine Resort
The Wine Resort comprises the winery, the winemaker's historic Palazzo, and an antique cantina / wine cellar, part of which has been converted into 8 stylish apartments, each sleeping up to 4 people.
All the apartments have a spacious open-plan living/dining room with a separate kitchen area, a spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a basin, bidet, WC and a shower. Each apartment is furnished to a good standard: the kitchen has a fridge, oven/hob and microwave: the living room has a dining table with chairs, a double sofa bed, and a TV with satellite reception; the bedroom has a wardrobe, bedside tables and a custom-built double bed.
Each apartment has central heating, double-glazed windows and doors, quality wooden floors and ceramic tiles, high-speed internet access, and is fitted with wiring for an alarm system.
The Ground Floor Apartments
All of the ground floor apartments feature French double doors onto the garden area as well as impressive vaulted ceilings.
- Apartment 1 - Artus: 84 m² (8400 ft²). Part of the living room features a first floor gallery of about 20 m², which could be converted into a further bedroom or a study. The bed is a romantic four-poster, and the bathroom has a bath tub with hydrotherapy massage.

All of the first floor apartments are accessable via external stairs, and have a double glass door onto a private outdoor terrace. The airy double bedroom is upstairs on a further (second) floor.

Local sporting facilities
There are a number of golf courses in Southern Piedmont: the nearest, Margara near Fubine, can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The beaches of the Italian Riviera are a one hour drive away, and popular Italian ski resorts can be reached within one to one-and-a-half hours.
