Between Florence and Lucca

Situation : This 10 hectare (25 acre) estate is situated in the very sought-after region between Florence and Lucca, not far away from the coast at Versilia. It enjoys an elevated hillside location with endless views over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The olive grove includes both young and old trees, and produces each year up to 20,000 liters of high-quality olive oil which is pressed on the estate.

In addition to a patio and garden area behind the house, the grounds also feature various mature fruit trees, a meadow and woodland. There is also an outbuilding for the storage of agricultural equipment.
