Situation: This south-facing villa enjoys a stunning hilltop location with fantastic 360° panoramic views that extend from the Ligurian Alps in the south and east, to the French Alps in the west, and to the Swiss Alps in the north. The property is just 5 minutes from the famous wine town of Canelli, one of the most important centres of the wine trade in Italy: it offers excellent shopping facilities, banks, restaurants, bars and enotecas. From there the motorway can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the international airports of Milan, Turin and Genoa in little over an hour.

Accommodation

Ground floor: The entrance door opens from the courtyard into a hall with granite stairs leading to the main accommodation on the first floor. A door leads from the reception area to two spacious bedrooms, each with a balcony, and to a modern bathroom fitted with shower, corner bathtub, basin, bidet and WC. All these rooms have lots of light and beautiful views over the open countryside.

Outside: The fenced grounds measure about 2,000 m² and feature a large paved area and a well-maintained garden stocked with ornamental shrubs and trees, including some fruit trees. A tall and attractive wall separates the property from the neigbour and provides plenty of privacy. There is enough space for a swimming pool.

Sporting facilities: There are a number of golf courses in Southern Piedmont: the nearest, Margara near Fubine, can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Tennis courts can be found nearby, and horse riding is also very popular, with stables not far away. The excellent network of small, tarmac-surfaced country roads makes the area very popular with cyclists. The beaches of the Italian Riviera are a one hour drive away, and popular Italian ski resorts can be reached within one to one-and-a-half hours.
