A: No. The Italian bank won't want to speculate on your ability as a vineyard manager. You may be very skilled, and greatly increase the vineyard revenue - on the other hand you might, through ignorance, destroy all your vines and have no revenue at all. Quite simply, the bank has no way of knowing.
